Hi Myk- thank you for following up on your wife's review to again lie about us online about your vehicle repairs. You brought us your 15 year old luxury foreign car with 200k miles for several visits. On 8/3 you brought us your car "Driveability Concern- Concern? = Vehicle Has Lost Power Twice Going Down Road. Vehicle Will Be Running But Not Accelerate. Conditions? = Last Service? =Changed oil for oil control valve codes. if problem persists teardown will be needed" On 8/7 you brought it back for a leaking coolant hose- a completely unrelated issue. On 8/8 you brought it back for "Driveability Concern- Concern? = Vehicle Stalled. after loosing all Power. Conditions? = Last Service? = All Indicators point to cam and crank sensor, however vehicle is operating properly at this time so unable to verify." Not once did you indicate your car wouldn't start properly or you had any electrical issues whatsoever. Your vehicle would not start with a "DEAD BATTERY" and wouldn't run for more than a couple miles with a failed alternator. So good luck with whoever gets your future business. We look forward to never seeing you again.

You have been here for service three times since then and not once did we recommend these items again as they were taken care of already. We're not sure why you feel the need to lie to the internet about this. We understand you might not be happy that your vehicle needs repairs but it's not uncommon for a 15 year old luxury foreign car with 200k miles to need regular repairs to operate safely and reliably. We advised you that your extended warranty company requires us to disassemble your engine to find the root cause of your engine issues. They won't cover your engine issues until this is completed and may not cover the repair or teardown so we require you to authorize and pay for our labor in the event the repair isn't covered.
