The staff at honest1 provided a out of pocket maximum quote for the repairs as a worst case scenario so there were no surprises. The lines of communication were good and only the agreed upon repairs were done without the high pressure sales tactics to upsell for some other repairs that may have been needed for my vehicle.
The shop's staff is always friendly and ready to help. They are truly concerned about your problem. I really like them since we purchased a house out there, a neighbor told us about them.
