My headlight went out the day before Thanksgiving. They were able to fix it right away before they closed! The people and service was excellent!!!

I had a great experience with the Honest-1 staff. Despite having terrible news about my car, they were very clear in explaining what had happened and laying out what my options were from here. They were very straightforward and did not pressure me to do any expensive repairs, and were gracious enough to give me time to think about my options. They were very friendly and comforting when I was upset by the news, and I really appreciated it. I will be coming back to the Honest-1 Auto Care Cottage Grove establishment in the future with any car issues I have.

Even though they were booked solid for the day, they were able to fit my car into their busy schedule to repair a tire. A small slit in the sidewall meant the tire was unrepairable. Within a couple hours they had 2 new tires delivered, mounted and installed onto my car. I was home before noon.

PROMPT COURTEOUS SERVICE

Very helpful in diagnosing what was wrong with my vehicle which turned out to be nothing! They of course found a couple of present non-issues but could be very soon. Unlike most service stores, they didn't push a sale on what they recommended, they simply made me aware.
