Called because this website advertises a towing service when there is none to get my car towed from point A to point B. I spoke with a representative on the phone and he was very kind and understanding. Great customer service although I wasn't actually a customer and he couldn't actually help.

Had a great and entertaining conversation while waiting for work to be completed, and the time I waited was very reasonable. All around fantastic customer service. Will come back again.
