I brought in my vehicle and they called me that same morning with the issue and price for the problem I brought my truck in for. They also alerted me to another problem that another garage said they couldn't find/fix the problem. They gave me a fair quote and had it ready that afternoon. They staff was nice about explaining me the problem and cost and never pressured me to get any of the work done. I told the staff that I will now be bringing all my business to Honest-1 Auto!!! Everything was great! I was able to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation same day and they had a coupon for the service as well. They even checked to make sure there were no outstanding recalls for my vehicle. I was in and out. I will be back.

I was very happy with the great customer service I received. Chris at the front desk was friendly and patient with my asking questions- some several times- and explained everything clearly. I was told up front what the cost would be and there was no "surprise charges" that I have had at other garages.
