I got charged for 55 minutes of work at $184, but they only worked on my car for about 25 minutes. Other than that everything was great.

I’ve only been to two automotive shops before. Normally I repair my own vehicles to the best of my ability. But I cannot do the magic of tire mounting, balancing and alignments. The first shop chain (big O’ useless) I used would take legit over 6 hours to mount 4 tires alignment and balance. But these nice guys can set up an appointment online with only 2 days advance. And complete the job in under one and a half hours. And they also have email and text updates! They sent me a picture of my car with the hood up saying “your repair has been complete” which is kinda odd cuz I only put on tires but was fast and efficient.

I have been coming to Honest 1 in Cottage Grove for years. I have found it to be quick, fast, reliable, and friendly service. Are they always the very cheapest? Probably not.. but you get what you pay for sometimes. I had a battery go bad that was under warranty, they replace it at no charge and did extensive testing to figure out why it went bad. I bring all my cars there and will continue to do so.

Completely, as a last second thought, at closing time, end of the day, I swung in, went inside, at blurted out a need for an Oil Change, they’re just about to close down in 10 minutes, and accepted 1 more Service for the day....Performed a Multi-Point Inspection, reported overall great, except for a lower right ball joint....I’m pleased with Honest 1, as a Repeat customer, NOT A “COME BACK” CUSTOMER, with unanswered, or unsolved issues....doesn’t/hasn’t happened in my experiences, as I will return as needs arise! Thanks GUYS!

The guys at Honest-1 came to my rescue! I turned the corner near the Holiday gas station and ran over a spare tire that had been left in the middle of the road. Talk about a bad Monday morning. I pulled onto the shoulder -and with small kids in the back, I felt stranded. I called Honest-1 and they quickly ran across the street with a jack. They jacked up my van and pulled the tire out from underneath. Worried about any damage, I took the van to their shop to have them take a look. Amazingly, no damage. They wouldn’t accept payment, were just happy to help. Incredible. Who does that these days!?! I am incredibly thankful for the great guys at Honest-1 -I would encourage anyone to use them for any of your vehicle needs.

I'm very glad to have brought my car here. They didn't sell me anything I didn't need and were so fast with my repair. Also, the gentleman that worked the front desk was so kind. I'll be bringing my car here again for sure.
