Cottage Grove Auto Repair

This was my first time here. I got an oil change and thought I might need a new battery, they told me it was fine and would not replace it if I asked them too. I liked the honesty and how friendly everyone was. Seems like a well bonded group of people. I’ll definitely take my car back to them again in the future. They are very warm and welcoming and honest just like their name says! Thanks for the great service!

I want to thank Chris and Matthew for picking up my car. I have pneumonia and they did not hesitate to come and get it and to offer me a loaner car if I needed it. They called to keep me informed what they were doing. I would like to thank the mechanic also. Chris brought my car back and I knew it was fixed. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. They are helpful and explain what needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. Thank you again, it is wonderful to find someone you can trust.

I'll definitely be back next time my car needs work. I came in for an oil change and they found I had a leaky tire too. They got it fixed right up and I was out of there quick. Friendly staff, great experience!

This is our go to shop for work my husband can't do himself. They are always honest and tell you what needs to be done, what should be done, and what can maybe wait a little while. I always feel like they are truthful with us and, unlike many shops, have never felt like they treat me as less knowledgeable because I am a female.
