Excellent service while thinking about the client. I was going to get an oil change at 3pm but I had a bad vibration in my truck. I called them up and they took my truck in right away. They fixed the vibration problem and did the extra things to make you feel real good about your decision to use their service. That's why I always come back hear. I've been coming here for years. I won't go anywhere else.

I usually do my own work, there are things I just can't do. I've now had a few interactions with this shop and they've been professional, quick and friendly everytime. Their work is solid and this last time was about 30% less expensive than expected.

I've used another Honest-1 location to service my car. I moved across town and felt comfortable with the brand. I was hoping that all honest-1 locations shared the same system and it would be seamless to continue my service. Ya know, the benefits of a franchise? I found out that they are all independently owned and operated so there isn't a benefit to being loyal to the brand or reputation. It was a bummer to find out that they didn't share records. However, I actually had a better experience at this location. They provide a full inspection of the vehicle including photos and recommendations without prompting. I found out that services I paid for at the other Honest-1 location were likely not performed and would need to be paid for again (no way to confirm this). I felt that the work here is high quality, very organized, and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I would continue to go to this location again. The pricing was fair, and I felt that I was being advised on how to care for my car. What could have been a negative experience (not their fault) was a chance for them to shine and prove their value. I feel they did that. I am giving them 5 stars based on my experience with this location. They went above and beyond during my appointment. Although I do wish that all Honest-1 locations were connected, that seems to be a larger issue that would be unfair to reduce this location's rating for, but is a real grievance.

I used Honest-1 auto care for the first time. I’ll be going back all the time for my auto needs. They were friendly and helpful, I felt very comfortable there. I would recommend this place to everyone that needs auto care.
