I found them to be very accommodating and kept me informed. Cost estimates were accurate with no surprises. I had more than one repair needed and was given the priority of each repair and if any of them could wait in order spread out the expense. I've used H-One for years and not been disappointed.

I've used the Cottage Grove location on two occasions. Both times, I was working out of State when my daughter had car issues. And both times, I spoke to Chris on the phone. Follow-up was great, repairs fixed quickly and all at a reasonable cost. Overall, a very good experience.

Great service, and a fair price. Kept me updated on progress, because of a back order on part. I was offered a free rental car, and could use it as long as it takes for part to arrive. The bill was exactly as quoted. No hidden/surprise costs.
