Always greeted by warm staff, my car is always taken back and serviced on time. If there is an issue I’m told about it right away with pricing also.

Good service all in all, would have liked to be informed that they had to send out for the air filter and it would take over an hour.

Fast, great communication and easy to work with

I took my car here due to hearing clicking noise going over bumps and they had me to get in my car to drive it 5 times and they stated that my caliper needs to greased. The problem still is not resolved. Then they said I need a break flex hoses due to someone bent it and disc clean and lube work. Then they came back to say I no longer need them done and I have a engine leak which going to cost a little bit over a $1000 to fix. I have warranty on my car. They call them and the warranty was going to cover it and I had a $200 deductable amount I have to pay. Then they say they have to do a coolant flush and oil change as well. The oil change was $88.00 and coolant flush was $150. The warranty doesn't cover those. I'm like ok. I pay that. At the end my out of pocket expenses was $900 . How if I have to pay my $200 deductible and $88.00 for oil change and flush $150.00. They said the warranty cover the part I need but they recommend a more better part. I will never take my vehicle to them. They are scammer..

I brought my car in after the check engine light came on and some issues with shaking/vibration were present as I drove. Luke helped me feel confident in trust the team with my relatively new car and making an informed decision in the repair. I will definitely be going back should anything further arise with my car (though fingers crossed I don't have to! LOL)
