From easily setting up an appt for the next day. Getting a surprise text the morning of reminding me of the appt. The welcoming atmosphere at the shop. My inspection began almost immediately was over with ahead of schedule. Chris handled the warranty company with ease and they got me in that day. Ball joints are working great and the Hondas front end feels better than ever. I would/will go back because warranty or no warranty I felt my car was in the right hands. I noticed some very negative reviews on the CG location on Yelp and wanted to share that all of my families vehicles have been serviced by Chris and the team at Honest-1 and we have had nothing but positive experiences! They never recommend unnecessary service and take the time to explain what is best for our vehicles at an HONEST price.

Excellent service

First time I had service done here, am very particular with my vehicles, they did a good job and was thorough in telling me what all I needed. I’ve just moved here to cottage grove and really didn’t know where to take my car in for service.
