I have received numerous text messages, emails and my maintenence light was on informing me that I was due for an oil change. I made a 7am appointment for an oil change and to look at my brakes because they were squeaking. All day I didn't receive a call. I finally called them at 3:30 asking for the status of my vehicle. Nick told me he doesn't know and it should be ready the next day. I told him that I needed my car for the next day but I'll get by. 10 minutes later I received a call from Nick and it was extremely awkward. He kept pausing after every sentence just to tell me my car was ready and nothing is wrong with the brakes. I picked up my car and didn't pay anything which I thought was weird but thought maybe they waived the oil change fee for the inconvenience. When I got home I noticed that they didn't do the oil change. 2 days later I receive an email stating that I'm due for an oil change. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism. No call for the status update, assumed I didn't need my vehicle the next day, didn't know how to have a proper conversation, didn't bother checking the system or the maintenece light r the slip of paper I dropped off with my keys to see if I needed an oil change, and didn't do what I had brought my car in for. I have and will be taking my services elsewhere.
Hi Emma- thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any miscommunication on our part but we didn't receive any note with your keys. We apologize if there was one and we misplaced it somehow. When you called regarding your vehicle, we brought it in right away to check the brakes which you indicated was your primary concern and we didn't charge you for the brake inspection. We didn't know you wanted an oil change. We NEVER do any work on a customer vehicle without their prior approval. Reminder lights and emails are just reminders for you to check the status and schedule the appropriate service you need. If you ever have any questions we're happy to help!
