Had a very very pesky and difficult electrical problem in starting system which caused other strange electrical problems. Ended up being caused from remote start module being bad. These guys spent hours trying to find the problem and got it solved at a very very reasonable price. I will definitely be using this place for my future needs.

If you have money and want to throw it out your broke down cars window. This is the place for you!!! Very nice people with just the right skills to take your money and not even look at your car!! I will be keeping my car passing this store from now on just because of how AWESOME this place really is!!! Well done boys… keep up your amazing work and maybe start by taking off the wheel next time before you try to charge me over a grand. ;)

What a bunch of crooks! They should change their name to “Dishonest Crook Auto Ripoff Center”. I would leave less than a half star review if available. They quoted more than double retail price for parts on a repair bid. Taking advantage of naïve customers who blindly trust in their name. Such a dishonest and despicable business practice!!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this company.

My car would start without jump. So I dropped it off and asked for diagnosis. When I got it back it worked. Drove home and then nothing. No power. They have friendly staff and the diagnosis process is pretty cool. Wrong diagnosis and and changed the wrong part. You decide.

I'm very impressed with the friendly service and professionalism. The costs are fair and repairs are quick and well done. They back their work and never do anything without checking with my husband and I first. We always have Honest One do all the work on our vehicles. I would not hesitate to refer friends or family to Honest One. I feel so fortunate to have them in our town.
