My son wrote a review and Chris said my son didn’t want his diagnosis and did the work himself??! That’s funny🤣 they changed the intake manifold, I did the turbo and the plugs and coil packs at their diagnosis and nothing fixed the problem and then they changed the valve cover because it was under warranty and they discovers it wasn’t the valve cover they replaced but just the gasket so they replaced the valve cover on my sons dime and test drive it and sent it home with the check engine light still on and still not running right! WHO DOES THAT??? NOT A REPUTABLE SHOP I CAN TELL YOI THAT

Just a PSA for future customers, please consider getting a second opinion from other mechanic shops before letting Honest-1 touch your car! I've now had two experiences in which I've been over charged and quoted to replace parts that aren't necessary to fixing the car. Shop rate to work on a 2016 Chevy Cruze with 103,000 miles was 183$/hr and the mechanics seem to overcharge for parts. The mechanics here will also leave you feeling broke and powerless since they do not work with you to explain the problems or give you different options. They will say, "You need X done to your car and it will cost you Y". If you have no idea about engines this place will do its best to take advantage of unaware customers and make you replace things that are not necessary to the issue at hand.
